CDMA modem working in Ubuntu

After some hours of tweaking and heavy googling, finally I succeeded to make CDMA modem USB Dongle work in Ubuntu 9.10. With UTL U-sim, now I can browse internet .
But remind you, this UTL mobile broadband is slowest internet, I have ever used, slower than Dial-up. Not good for some serious browsing, but enough to make you feel that you can do google, My download speed is hardly 3.5 kbps. (I guess this is shared bandwidth and there are too many users right now). :)
This is one of the example of present situation of "Broadband Internet" in Nepal.

After lots of tweaking, my settings are as follows:
/etc/wvdial.conf :

[Dialer Defaults]
Modem = /dev/ttyUSB0
Baud = 230400
##Init1=ATQ0
#Init1 = ATE0
#Init2 = AT$PBTYPE=1 RPTCON=1 MTRPTTYPE=3 SMSRUIM=0 SMSTYPE=1
Init1=ATZ
Init2=ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 +FCLASS=0

Init3 = AT+CTA=0
Init4 = ATEOV1
Init5 = AT
Init6 = ATS0=0
ISDN = 0
#Modem Type = Analog Modem
Modem Type = USB Modem
Phone = #777
